Watching Queen and Madonna at Live Aid on the 40th anniversary. I finally got to see Madonna live in December 2023. Amazing! 🙌

I'd forgotten Madonna did Live Aid. Apparently she was left off We Are the World because Lionel Richie thought Cindi Lauper was the more likely to have longevity!

I remember watching it live, and shortly afterwards went to the Norwegian Live Aid in Oslo. “Taaaake on me, Taaake me on…” I got to see A-Ha live when Morton Harket could still hit the high notes!
