They must be using the same "consultant" that's designing homes out here in the PNW. 🤮

How we went from beautiful craftsman style homes to standard builder grade developments is sad.
The ILs' neighbor has spent 10 years building the equivalent of a 3-story shipping container, and poured over $2m into it. It's so out of place in a neighborhood full of Craftsmans and old-school foursquares. I call it the 3-Story Mistake.
We have a few of the black paint with wood “modern” houses around here. They’re not bad houses, they just look out of place.
Bring back the Bisexual Taco Bell and Rodeo Hat Arby’s of the 90s
Bisexual Taco Bell😂 Also bring back the .89 meximelt, you assholes!
They brought back the caramel apple empanada for a couple of weeks last year... and had the audacity to charge $3 for that tiny thing! It's SO GOOD, but damn, I had one, and only one, because who can justify that price?? It was 99 cents back when it was a regular item! That's 200% INFLATION!
It's easier to rebrand if the business fails. These days it's more likely they're leasing property rather than owning it outright. Doesn't stop it being ugly.
I assume it's cheaper to replicate. Everything is done for $$$ with no taste. 🤷♀️🫶
I wonder if they're all doing tilt-up or prefab walls now. It would make sense as a reason for that.
It just doesn't make sense in locations with a ton of rain or a ton of snow. The generic boxy look provides no visual representation of the brand either. Yeesh. It's just dull, boring, uninspired, and lame.
It's a design trend that came about because it's cheaper to build and maintain boxes.
I hate it. My doctor’s practice recently moved into a brand new building and it has that same type of design. 👇 There is a Starbucks next to it that looks like the doctor’s office. 👇
Yes, those are renderings from the builders because I couldn’t find actual ones. That’s exactly what they look like finished. I hate that my doctor’s office moved. It was a 5 minute drive from my house and now it’s 20. 😩 😂
Fascist and commie architectures are both ugly and heartless
McD’s used to be fun and now looks like it’s having a midlife crisis.
Forget the logo, the cracker barrel building is threatening patrons with a prison mess hall
Google has made it super easy to find alternatives while on the road. I just drove from NY to Indiana and back, and we were able to find things like good tacos and ramen along the way. No need for Cracker Bucket.
It’s a new era! has probably been a few decades since I stopped at a Cracker Barrel on a road trip
It’s not something I seek out.
Being real, none of those places are on my list
Yes, not for me, either.
Boring
And they all suck
