I think we need a real catalyst. demonstrations and marches aren't having the impact. We need something we can all rally behind. I'm happy - very happy! - to do my part, but I know I am not the organizer we need.

Honestly I hate framing it this way but this is where I’m at. There isn’t much choice except to make it to the midterms and fight like hell to take back the majority in both chambers in Congress. The dye was cast on everything else last November 🤷‍♂️

There are elections in 2025 we can all help with. VA NJ have state wide elections. PA has 3 Supreme Court justice seats for retention votes. We could donate to these campaigns and/or tell our friends family in these states to vote.

Also, a decisive Mamdani victory in NYC is going to have major effects across the Democratic Party, given how many key House Democrats are facing primary voters in NYC next year

I have so much respect and confidence in Mamdani and his team. I have no doubt he'll pull through and I gleefully watch Adams and Cuomo piss billionaire money away. It's the smaller elections that no one is helping with that we can make a difference. These elections, esp Debra Shigley in GA.
