Oh, well, I guess that makes it okay. And makes all the slavery that Christians have participated in and probably still do in some places all A-OK. And definitely better than that filthy heathen slavery.
Christianity, like every other religion that has ever and probably will ever exist, means whatever the hell its adherents want and interpret it to mean, which is inevitably a very wide spectrum of meaning. But it's not special or inherently better.

Nothing makes slavery "OK". However, context matters. All cultures had slavery. Only the Christian cultures ended it (fist England, then America) and then even forced other cultures to end it. Muslim and Asian cultures still have slavery, to this day. Western culture is a net good in this world.
