No, he has not violated the Constitution. The Democrats have no respect for the Constitution, except for when they can increase their power by (ab)using it. Support for Trump is support for freedom and the American way.

Trump has levied tariffs he has no authority to levy. He has cut agencies and programs he has no authority to cut. He is now changing the name of the Department of Defense, despite having no authority. He has violated the Emoluments clause repeatedly. He's a White Christofascist Nationalist.

BTW, I'm not a Democrat so your Whataboutism deflection to them has no rebuttal strength here.

Good for you, unless you're a Communist or anarchist.

I'm neither but I would have the right to be either.

Having the legal right to do something doesn't make it morally right. Those can be two very different things.

But your moral view on political parties and positions has no bearing or authority for me, least of all enforcement authority. And the Christian Communists would also like a word with you about your misconceptions.

None of that is true. The executive Branche has the authority to do exactly all those things. Don't you think that the Democrats would have successfully sued him for those things, if he didn't have the authority? Come on! They've been trying to sue and impeach him for 8+ years now.

He has been impeached. Twice. And he has indeed been sued over those things. And lost. The most recent case involved his tariffs being largely ruled illegal. And he will likely face impeachment against if the Democrats retake the House. Once he leaves office, he still faces more criminal charges.

Those were all partisan show-trials, Soviet-style. We'll see about the tariffs ruling. I'm sure Trump will appeal, and win, again. Of course the Democrats will try to impeach him, again. That doesn't make it right or justified. It just shows how corrupt and evil the Democrats are.

They were fully legal and binding and supported by evidence and followed all processes and laws. And the legal trials outside of impeachment are also fully legal and binding. The Democrats' best shot at winning is promising to impeach him again.

Nope, that's not true. The evidence in the impeachment "trials" was weak and largely made up. The Judges, DAs, and jurors in the trials were avid anti-Trumpers. So, winning is all that matters to Democrats. Truth be damned. We already know that.

Nothing was made up. It's all factual. The claims about "bias" don't matter to the facts.

They matter in a show-trial.

Nothing was show. It was literally all legal and justified and now a part of the Congressional record.
