Sexuality has no business in the military and Fed agencies. Abnormal and not conducive to human flourishing sexual behavior should not be promoted in museums. HIV is largely caused by promiscuous sex out of marriage. It's easily avoidable. Not every behavior needs to be bailed out by the taxpayers.

HIV is caused by a virus. That virus can be transmitted sexually or through many other bodily fluids, including blood. LGBTQ+ people exist and so does their place in history. Trying to strip that is precisely what Nazis did. In fact, Nazis shared your hatred of trans gender people specifically.

How did HIV get into the blood the vast majority of times? Anal sex and drug use. The Nazis hated gays, Jews, Gypsies, the handicapped, all to rile up the ignorant masses onto their side. Very similar to how the Democrats and Communists refer to Conservatives, MAGA, and Trump. See the correlation?

The Nazis hated those groups because Nazi ideology specifically stated that white Christians were superior to all others. It was baked into their whole ethos, right down to the eugenics. Speaking of eugenics, now you have RFK Jr. openly hawking it once again.

HIV was passed into humans via eating poached ape meat in the early 20th century. Anal sex is an oddly specific thing for you to bring up since any sex can transmit it, which it was likely transmitted in the 1960s somewhere in Africa to someone who brought it to the US and Europe.

No, anal sex is more likely to cause tears in the skin since the anus is not able to expand as well as a vagina (sorry for all the uncomfortable words), and that makes HIV blood transmission from one to another much more likely. Also, I think gays have a lot more sex than heteros.

Again, this isn't the case. Transmission can be through vaginal sex as well. Nor is anal sex some kind of "gay man only" thing.

Obviously. I never claimed otherwise. "Mainly" is the key word here.

But "mainly" is just a result of how things shook out culturally, with HIV impacting the LGBTQ+ communities first and hardest due to the looser sexual inhibitions in that time period for everyone (and without the focus on condom use among gays as there was among hetero populations).
