I really just taking about the notion of classifying the rights of everyone else to avoid interaction as "coercion". "I'm being oppressed/forced" ... and it's just ... people don't want to hang out with people who behave that way.

Like yes, work may have a policy on pronouns, but ... what is work? Sure, in modern legal structures, there's the whole corporate person bs, but primarily, it's.aplsce you go to, with others, to do a similar task together. The group can have rules for who they hang out with.
