Somebody please explain to me why Americans won't elect a woman but they will vote for a man who wears eyeliner to make himself look pretty.

He's got someone on his staff who is good enough at trolling the current administration that they have gotten openly angry about it on FOX. This won't translate into his being able to get through the first round of cuts in the '28 primaries.

Never say never in America. I'd say it depends on how effectively any other candidate rises up against Rump. I've heard a couple of other potential candidates give powerful speeches but in terms of taking action that WORKS, Newsom is way out front right now.
