It's located in the Disappointment Aisle. As someone who has an 11 pack remaining, it is essentially terrible chocolate soda. I need to throw up again.

I got mine at Fareway. I thought it tasted like vanilla soda. I was expecting something more float flavored. It's fine, but I won't buy more. I definitely prefer root beer.

I was looking at some new flavor of soda at the store, lamenting how they rarely come out with zero sugar versions until the flavor is widely released, and I think it was A&W ice cream soda I saw. I'm so happy to be wrong. I'll watch for it tomorrow.

I'm from WV, where it's pop or soda pop. Here in New Orleans, they're all "cold drinks", and the first time I went to a bar and asked for a soda, I got club soda.

to be fair, context matters - you're in a bar where a "whiskey and soda" and a "Jack and Coke" are very different drinks. Bar settings I generally play it safe and give a brand name.

I keep meaning to try the ice cream sundae zero sugar but we have limited budget for sodas so I keep going for caffeine - love the orange cream coke zero and the current line up of Dr Pepper zero sugar. Fanta has a Chucky's Punch / Crush "Back to the 80s" but no sugar-free versions. Diabetes is sad

Also Diabetic and the ice cream sundae zero sugar is eerily accurate in flavor. It just tastes like carbonated melted ice cream. Almost too sweet for me.

Orange Fanta is interesting because it has a slightly different sugar content basically everywhere. US and Canada like 12g per 100ml, parts of Europe much lower. The sweetness in Amsterdam was perfect and Iceland just a little too high. My wife says she is not annoyed that I buy one in every country

I love the lower sugar versions in Europe. I also love the real sugar. That artificial stuff just doesn’t work for me.

Yup, the real sugar makes a difference. Canada and the us have roughly the same sugar in all the pop/soda’s but it’s corn syrup in the US so I mostly avoid them when I’m down here. It’s not even for health. I just think it tastes gross.

Canada (S. Ontario) here: cane sugar "Mexican cokes" in the glass bottles are v expensive, but in the winter lead-up to Passover you can get kosher (no corn syrup) coke in larger supermarkets. Hilariously to me, sometimes the 2L bottles also have the Santa Claus branding. Kosher for Christmas!

Yeah, hard to get excited about corn syrup. To me the artificial is gross, it has that after taste that haunts me. Corn syrup is meh. Sugar is where it’s at for sure. They had more sugar versions around some years ago, and they pulled most of them. The throw backs were a hit with me for sure.
