For reference this is 25% of the entire Israeli population. Obviously it's easier to organize in a small state but this makes the No Kings protest in America proportionally tiny by comparison.

wow. good for them.
One massive protest like this in front of the White House is what Americans need to do. Frankly, here in the UK, people are flabbergasted by what is happing in America and even more surprised that Americans, given their history, have become so apathetic. Do they not know what's at stake?
America is significantly bigger and significantly less centralized than most European countries and it makes such demonstrations of less direct utility. Like "one big protest in front of the White House" is actually a SIGNIFICANT logistical lift in the US, even given that DC generally hates Trump.
1/2: I've been to the US many times and have family there, many of whom had significant positions within the pentagon, so I understand the logistics. Given that Trump is by far the largest existential threat to American freedom in history, one would think that logistics are the least of concern.
2/2: If Americans cannot muster the resources and energy to travel to DC, after all that has transpired, then sadly your democracy is already likely done. I can say that from the political circles I travel in, nobody believes that if the midterms even happen, they will be fair and free.
To put things in perspective, this is about on a par with the biggest German protests I've seen (anti-AfD in 2024), in absolute numbers, not per capita.
