The only thing we can ‘do’ to stop this is mass, sustained protests. I’m talking protests that are big enough to impact the economy. Folks who aren’t on political social media don’t think it’s bad enough for that yet, though, and I honestly question whether we have the attention span for it at all.

I say general strike, but stay home and off the streets to avoid martial law and the brand new ICE private army. Go out only when absolutely necessary. Stock up on goods and food if you can and shut this MFer down. Kept it shutdown. Guessing a month- 2 month will create the change we need.

Military takes posse comitatus very seriously. "Sending in the military" didn't stop protests in LA or DC and it certainly won't stop mass protests around the country. The US only has so many NG members or other members available, and morale is cratering as they get deployed to waste time.

We also need to DISRUPT. Streets shut down in Paris and Madrid when they protest. Traffic snarls, employees are late to jobs, or late getting home. Signs are not doing the job. We need to stall the economy everywhere we can.

Our right to free speech and peaceful assembly are protected by the 1st amendment. Anything other than peaceful protests and civil disobedience will play right into the fascists hands. They are trying to provoke a specific response. Think MLK and Ghandi those are the kind of examples to follow

The BIGGEST impact would be to literally shut down the skies and the docks. Pilots, flight attendants, airport workers, dock workers, teamsters. Shut down five or six major airports and ports would be all that’s needed. Two to four days and Washington would sh*t their pants.

Not just weekends. It needs to be as uncomfortable and inconvenient as possible through strikes that affect the daily lives of the right. They view everyone except them as useless takers, so let them see what it's like without us. They need to touch the hot burner on the stove.

I wouldn't go that far, i'd say you're in far more danger in Africa or the Middle East then you are in the U.S. but it's definitely not great for sure.
