Nobody wants to admit we’ve reached a Constitutional fail state where there is literally no way for the military to follow the Constitution as written.

Like, yeah, the armed forces are in an unfair no-win situation. We should’ve thought of that before electing a constitutionally ineligible insurrectionist found civilly liable for rape who openly wants to rule us like a king. Idk what to tell you.
