Anyone else suffer from chronic early arrival? I have an appointment to donate blood at 9:05am. After I parked my phone told me it was time to leave because it was a 35 minute drive from my house… I can go inside in another 20 minutes or so 😂

Both Partner and I are like this which makes for some comical moments along these lines!
15 minutes early is on time for me. Down to the wire or actually late is incredibly anxiety inducing.
I'm either obnoxiously early, or I'm five minutes late. There's no in between
I would love to adopt this behaviour. The best guarantee that I’ll be late is for me to have plenty of time.
Thanks everyone for making me feel less neurotic 😂
Always. And god help me if it's travel related - a flight, a ferry, I'm probably there an hour earlier than I need to be
My sisters and I went on vacation last September. Our flight was out of Fredericton at 5:30am. I insisted we get there for 3:30am. We were there before the Air Canada staff 😂 Me: Doesn’t make you feel great being the first people here?? 😂
Only an hour?
An hour earlier than the 1.5 or 2 hours you're "supposed" to be haha
I’m obsessively early for everything. And D is last minute so it’s often a stress factor in our marriage 😆
Guilty as charged. I would prefer to be half an hour early than half a second late.
Yup!! If I’m not early, I’m late. Especially with traffic and construction these days I always leave extra time.
Yup!! If Google says the drive is 15 minutes I give myself 30-45mins to get there and sometimes I end up sitting around waiting.
If I'm not 15 minutes early, I am late. Teen unfortunately is the opposite - if he has to be there in 15 minutes, he starts getting ready in 10.
This is me. I use the time to catch up on something Great work donating blood. I plan to as soon as my three month wait is over from a tattoo touch up. 🩸
Always. But now I don’t let myself go in anywhere more than five min early.
Guilty
Early is on time On time is late Late is inexcusable
I am the reason for the, “please don’t show up more than 10 minutes before your appointment” sign…😂
you, me, my whole family... i infected the works of us with this one
Teen was recently catching a bus to meet us in Moncton. I could see his location, he was six minutes away from the terminal, where bus was leaving in 10. He made the bus, and was unbothered (except for the idea that I might cause him great harm if he missed it). He made it, I was stressed out!
OMG i would lose my entire mind
Yes, my mind was indeed lost. He knew that if he missed that bus a) we'd have to go get him and b) we'd miss our booking at the Nordic spa we were going to. I would have been crazy angry with all of that and he knew it.
This is the correct answer.
