Aw, that location is where I took my first Body Pump class. I ended up buying the BB home pump dvd and equipment when I cancelled my membership because I enjoyed it so much and still use it.
I was exhausted and had to go to sleep after the 4th inning last night. I finally sat down to watch Blue Jays in 30 to finish the game and what a wild one it was. Glad they managed to squeak out the win.

Thank you. I can usually figure it out with some googling. This was only the second time in two years it happened but there is zero chance he or my mom would have been able to figure it out on their own. Thankfully I’m just upstairs.
You can stick extra pillows behind you to make sure you don’t roll over. And add a pillow or two between your knees and another to hug into your chin. Tips from someone who had very painful pregnancies, had the snoogle + other pillows to sleep. 🫂❤️🫂❤️

And as much as I loved Chewie and he was my big baby, I wanted a dumb love bug for our next dog which is how we ended up with Lola - a golden retriever, who loves everyone.
Aw, poor Ellie. Maybe this vet should consider a different profession 😬 Chewie was 1/2 Corso and some vets requested I gently hold his head and talk to him during his exam to make sure he didn’t unexpectedly snap at them (he never did) but understood mastiff behaviour.
My Dad also has dementia and this is a tool for my mom and I to make sure he takes his insulin and eats.
For the second time I’ve had to figure out why my Dad’s continuous glucose monitor wasn’t working. Both times it was finicky things in the app. How do people with ill parents who don’t live in their basements help with this very important life saving device?

In my hospital experience at the IWK (I realize you are likely staying in PEI), the maternity ward has good food options, especially compared with the food I received from the Infirmary. Hopefully you can find a couple of good options ❤️
