and if it turns out you are someone who gets nauseated (i sure was, all 3 times) there are lots of mums here who can share their suggestions & tips. for me, it was about never letting my stomach be completely empty. i had bags of trail mix *everywhere* including my bedside table. i became squirrel.

I had crackers at all times, and a bottle of water. I'd wake up in the night with my belly roaring. Was queasy entire pregnancy (but didn't barf much). My first official act once I was in labour and got to the hospital was to barf all over myself (so I could get into that sexy johnny shirt sooner).

That’s what the midwife book I read said. I don’t know how this will compare to actually being pregnant but right now the thought of anything but tea or water makes me want to die.
