Everyone in my family can use this with ease, but I cannot (I have Covid induced neuropathy and my hands are basically low to medium grade numb constantly) It works GREAT if you can manipulate it. Just don't put soft cheeses in it. Hard cheese only.

I think they’re just easier to clean. The metal barrel and plastic handle usually unscrew from the grater and you can easily take apart the whole thing and get all the bits of cheese out
