You have constitutional rights: • DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR if an immigration agent is knocking on the door. • DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS from an immigration agent if they try to talk to you. You have the right to remain silent. • DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without first speaking to a lawyer. You have the right to speak with a lawyer. • If you are outside of your home, ask the agent if you are free to leave and if they say yes, leave calmly. • GIVE THIS CARD TO THE AGENT. I do not wish to speak with you, answer your questions, or sign or hand you any documents based on my 5th Amendment rights under the United States Constition. I do not give you permission to enter my home based on my 4th Amendment rights under the United States Constitution unless you have a warrant to enter, signed by a judge or magistrate with my name on it that you slide under the door. A comic of two foxes, one of whom is rosy pink, the other is a peach-colour baby. Rose is looking at Peach gently, while baby Peach looks back at her with full toddler defiance. Rose: Okay sweetie, could you please get in the car for me? Peach: No. Looking sick of the situation, Rose begins to forcibly drag Peach into the car as gently as she can, while Peach fights back, dragging on the ground. Rose: Can you please not act like you are getting kidnapped. Peach: This is an insult to my autonomy! Meanwhile, Blue and Green are sitting in Blue's car, watching the situation. Rose, off-panel: There are people waiting for this parking spot. Peach, also out of view: Death before dishonour! Blue: We should just find another spot. Green: No, I want to see who wins.

Her phalanges are disproportionate to her metacarpals and the longer I look at it the more it gives me subliminal uncanny valley horror, which is exactly what you want from a fashion spread

I keep catching strays from "technology is neutral" people, so let's set things straight. 1) Technology is not neutral, especially the subset of technology called "algorithms" 2) The form-factor that makes a technology into a tool is not neutral 3) How tools are productized is not neutral [rant]

Nice work! Now I find myself wondering if there's a similar nice way to store Hilbert curves using binary (or ternary?) sequences: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilbert...

I was in high school in the early 90s. I went to the mall with my friends, but not to go clothes shopping, usually just to the food court, video arcade, and walking around to hang out. Clothes came from Christmas and start of school year. When I did shop, it was usually with my mom, usually Target.

Unfortunately, at my institution at least, some majors are required to take multivariable calculus but not linear algebra, so we can’t make that switch.
