There was this small Mexican restaurant in Tempe across from ASU and next to The Chuckbox in the 1990s had the best breakfast burritos ever. Homemade salsa in syrup jars. And also a 3 pound burrito deal, perfect for a college student to stretch over a couple meals. Gone now.

Pepe’s arguably has the best, it’s in Fullerton. It comes with eggs, cheese, papas, beans, salsa verde or pico, Bacon &/or sausage(get both and ask for less eggs).

Get your ass to Albuquerque and get yourself a #9 from Golden Pride. Or green chile bacon and egg, or any breakfast burrito. Best you'll ever eat. They make their tortillas in-house. Also respectable ribs and fried chicken oddly enough. Fuck I miss living down the street from them.
This description makes me want to plan a trip to NM! I was born there but haven't been back since I was 6. I want to visit and see what it's like as an adult.
There are multiples around Albuquerque. All seem to have the same high quality. The carne adovada breakfast burrito is worth the trip alone. West of the one Central (& Eubank) a couple of blocks you'll also find one of best vietnamese resturants around, Pho Linh. Wonderful people and amazing food.

I'm kind of fond of the Taco Bell breakfast Burritos, Crunch Wrap if I feel fancy cause they stuff a hashbrown in there :) I'll have to try out IHOP's!
