Made Chicken Jalfrezi for the first time for dinner tonight using chicken thighs, over basmati rice. Really nice strong flavors, I’ll put the recipe below in case anyone was curious. 🍜 🍽️ #homecooking

Here’s the Chicken Jalfrezi recipe I used. Only changes I made were adding 1 cup chicken broth, half a chopped green pepper, 2 chopped shishito peppers Made it in the Dutch oven, that worked really well www.allrecipes.com/recipe/28372...
