That looks great, both the cheese and the crumb!
Boxes and boxes of X-Men and X-adjacent comics. Collecting since 1986, chasing all the X-books - getting close to the finish line. Favs are both Wolverines, Storm, Nightcrawler, Kitty Pryde. Also weird 80’s indie comics. Also cooking/recipe shares.

I’ve been working on a focaccia, but not the longer proof bubbly kind - it’s a spongier version (if that makes sense). And I haven’t done a cheese focaccia - what kind of cheese(s) do you like you use?

You’re very welcome! After I posted it thought to myself that it’s more about Peach Momoko’s process and includes Ultimate X-amen, not just focused on that comic. So even better? And pls watch at your leisure

That would be really cool. Continue to love this comic. And maybe the best example I’ve seen of why you can’t just give the readers what they want. I (and so many others) had no idea I wanted or needed this kind of X-title.

I really do appreciate the no knead recipes, and that someone else took the time to figure them out. The beauty of there also being good bread recipes out there for pretty much every level of experience and consideration.

And if you want to make straight soda bread, I really love this recipe from the Mary Makes It Easy food network show It’s the recipe that turned out so well it gave me the courage to try making bread with yeast www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/soda...

Made Soda Bread Focaccia today 🍜🍽️ #homecooking With no yeast eats more like a soda bread than a bubbly focaccia. But a great way for anyone intimidated by yeast baking (like I was) to make tasty bread. Recipe pic incl I added the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pepitas

Thank you for sharing the recipe, saved it and plan on making it. I’m not sure I’ve made a bread yet with semolina (and def not durum flour) so that’ll be fun.

This makes me happy, because it is one of the main reasons I wrote THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO JAPANESE YOKAI. I wanted a one volume book that anyone playing a game or reading a comic or watching a cartoon could use as a reference to learn more. It's the most comprehensive English language yokai book.
