Denmark didn't sign a trading agreement with the U.S., they signed with CA. The MAGAts are always screaming about states rights. States don't have to ask permission from DC.

I heard some federal workers are withdrawing from their federal jobs and going to work for state governments. This is such a good idea. There has to be a way for MI to work with Canada, for example. States rights all the way.

Actually, no. States can sign cooperation agreements with other countries, but the constitution (Article II Section 2 Clause 2) provides that legally binding treaties (eg free trade agreements) with foreign countries must be negotiated by the president and approved by a 2/3 vote of the Senate.
