I mean if you're an out of shape 80 year old the likelihood that you don't have problems is small. Main question is how far down the rabbit hole we are and how fast the stress of the presidency accelerates things.

I can’t imagine he’s stressed. In the reality he lives in? He’s god-king of the world and when any of our reality dares slips into his own, he rejects it whole cloth.
