Today marks 81 years since D-Day, the pivotal moment when Allied forces bravely stormed the beaches of Normandy. We will always remember the sacrifice of those who fought that day to defend our freedoms and defeat the Nazis.

All heroes buried there are watched over by the French. On each Memorial Day they rub sand in the markers of each headstone so the names can easily be read. So touching!!
