Congrats to my friend and colleague Robert Garcia on his election to lead @oversightdemocrats.house.gov as Ranking Member. I had the pleasure of serving with him on this Committee last Congress, and I know he’ll be the voice inside Chairman Comer’s head when I can’t be.
