Right now, the presidential library system allows donations of unlimited value from anonymous donors and even foreign governments. Today, I introduced commonsense reforms with @warren.senate.gov, @blumenthal.senate.gov, Rep. Stansbury, & Rep. Raskin to subject every president to new ethics rules.

Nice effort, but it won't pass. If you want to write some legislation that won't pass, then write something that helps the average American. Get THAT vote on the record.
I'm an average American & I don't think presidents should get gifts of unlimited value for their library...especially ones that cost taxpayer dollars, such as a $400M plane.
