They are really bad with numbers - I wouldn’t trust them at in such tasks. But if you ask for a code to do something in python or R, then it’s on. I’ve seen experiments where they do a really good job at coding interview responses and the like. And will be testing their ability to “wargame” soon.
Yes. The category error is Tech Bros then arguing that because it is not terrible at coding and can create pictures of Santa Claus riding cats, it will - with more users and data - become so good at everything else, that it’ll be better than humans; and, that we should want it ;-)
