I'm currently visiting Oklahoma and saw this on the local news. What this woman and her children have been through is horrific, and there doesn't seem to be a clear way for them to get answers or just get their belongings back.
They made them stand out in the rain in their undergarments (minors too) they also took their phones, laptops and all the cash in the family's home as "evidence" leaving her with nothing. When the news station asked Homeland Security about the incident they said they'd look into it. They won't.

Only judges can issue search warrants so, assuming the article was correct, they had a judicial warrant.
If they were following the law, they would have a judicial warrant. I have no confidence they were within the law though. The ICE goons pretend that administrative warrants are warrants, and they act on this delusion.
