Don’t forget that a chunk of those behind P25 also believe that they are doing this to bring about The Second Coming and (in their theology) that’ll bring the destruction of this world and give them a new one. Sustainability isn’t a concern for most of them.
Yeah, I grew up evangelical so I knew it was a nihilistic death cult, but seeing the lack of planning and assumption that they don't have to worry about the future makes it evident how much they truly believe that. Like, not just words. I really shouldn't be surprised, yet I kinda am.
