TCU leads 15-13 at the 2nd set break. Not as bad as the other 2nd sets for Pitt, but still not a lot of rhythm going. Marina Pezelj has been subbed out as OH in favor of Dagmar Mourits (rightly so, IMO)

TCU leads 23-19 in the 2nd. Horned Frogs are out-hitting Pitt .327 to .293 on the afternoon, which… I don’t like.

TCU WINS 2ND, 25-22, TO TIE IT UP. 2nd set blues. Jalyn Gibson and Lauren Murphy are ripping it pretty well for the Frogs. 5 blocks for Pitt in the 2nd (including 2 Bre-on-Becca blocks) but it wasn’t enough. Just 1 kill for Liv in the set.

Pitt jumps out to a 10-5 lead in the 3rd. Muuuuuuch better. Pitt block is really coming together. Defense is sharper. Liv is firing bullets. Keep it rolling.

PITT WINS THIRD SET, 25-15. That’s more like it. Defense is clicking for Pitt. Babcock and Bayless tied for the team high with 12 kills apiece.

PITT GETS ITS FIRST VICTORY OF 2025! Olivia Babcock was superb this afternoon, totaling 19 kills on .381 hitting. The Panthers out-hit TCU .333 to .216 on the afternoon. Another match at PPG comes tomorrow night. #H2P
