Frightening moment as TCU outside hitter Jalyn Gibson fell down in pain. She had to be helped to walk off the court. Freshman Samara Coleman is taking over for her in an even Set #3.

Anyone interested in tickets for today's volleyball at PPG Paints, let me know. The games include Penn State against TCU and the Pitt against ASU at 7:30. They asked Dwayne to sing the National Anthem, so we no longer need the tickets we bought.

PITT GETS ITS FIRST VICTORY OF 2025! Olivia Babcock was superb this afternoon, totaling 19 kills on .381 hitting. The Panthers out-hit TCU .333 to .216 on the afternoon. Another match at PPG comes tomorrow night. #H2P
PITT WINS THIRD SET, 25-15. Thatās more like it. Defense is clicking for Pitt. Babcock and Bayless tied for the team high with 12 kills apiece.
Pitt jumps out to a 10-5 lead in the 3rd. Muuuuuuch better. Pitt block is really coming together. Defense is sharper. Liv is firing bullets. Keep it rolling.

TCU WINS 2ND, 25-22, TO TIE IT UP. 2nd set blues. Jalyn Gibson and Lauren Murphy are ripping it pretty well for the Frogs. 5 blocks for Pitt in the 2nd (including 2 Bre-on-Becca blocks) but it wasnāt enough. Just 1 kill for Liv in the set.
TCU leads 23-19 in the 2nd. Horned Frogs are out-hitting Pitt .327 to .293 on the afternoon, whichā¦ I donāt like.
TCU leads 15-13 at the 2nd set break. Not as bad as the other 2nd sets for Pitt, but still not a lot of rhythm going. Marina Pezelj has been subbed out as OH in favor of Dagmar Mourits (rightly so, IMO)
FINAL: No. 1 Nebraska wins the fifth set 15-8 to pull off a reverse sweep against No. 7 Kentucky. Murray went off for 23 kills and 15 digs. Allick and Jackson added 10 kills. Mauch played the final 3 sets at libero, tallied 14 digs and recorded an ace on match point.
