With the symptoms he is exhibiting (bruised hands, swollen ankles, Vance talking about being a real boy er president) the best guess is that he is experiences congestive heart failure and being pumped full of anticoagulants to prevent stroking out.

It’s a double edge sword…? pumping him full of anticoagulants IV or subcutaneously. Yes, there are strokes caused by 🩸 clots however the anticoagulants can cause hemorrhagic strokes. The decreased ability of his ♥️ to pump 🩸,blood then moves slowly increasing the likelihood of a clot. It is a no win.

I will assume the Drs know what they are doing and are trying to balance the problematic aspects against the dire conditions they are treating. The difference between medicine and poison is dosage.

The difference is age… no amount of tweaking will prevent that loose rubber band of a heart from just no longer being up to the task of pushing & returning blood along 60,000 miles of blood vessels, already thickening with age & increasing resistance (in an average adult). 🩺

Agreed. Though its not just age. Its the damage that has occurred as well. I took a viral hit to my heart years ago which resulted in Cardio Myopathy. When we discovered it my Ejection Fraction was 35%. With proper meds and exercise I am back up in the 65% range.

There's only so long that the drugs will work. If Old Ticker is ready to pack it in, that's it. That's what happened to my dad. He had a triple bypass and a pacemaker, and he still dropped dead on the bathroom floor.

My condolences to you about your dad… This guy is not even being offered to fix the old ticker and we know you can’t pump fluids on someone who has congestive heart failure so it has to be blood thinner or other IV drugs for the heart that is..

Oh thank you. My dad's been gone for a while. August 9th was 18 years. But it still hurts. Maybe if I'd gotten to him sooner, who knows. Then again, we all have to go some time. 🙏

It depends on how bad the congestive heart failure is. The first symptoms were likely the ankles swelling. Then they pumped him full of anticoagulants which in turn caused his hands to bruise.

terifaarr.bsky.social @terifaarr.bsky.social

Well I don't know, I'm not a doctor. I know what happened with my dad. There was no ankle swelling. But there were other symptoms. His heart would actually stop while he was sleeping, then they did the pacemaker. That was after triple bypass. BTW he died 3 months after they put in the pacemaker.

Congestive Heart Failure is a broad diagnosis. It just means the heart is experience problems moving blood through the system. Depending on what is causing this it can lead to different symptoms and treatments. But it can be anywhere from a minor threat to a critical life threatening incident.

We will never know, because his flunkies will never admit if he's sick. They'll just keep shoving KKKaroline Leavitt in front of a podium to say he shakes a lot of hands and that's why they're purple.

We don’t actually call it CHF anymore, just Heart Failure. If the right heart pump is failing, swelling in legs occurs, left heart it’s fluid buildup in lungs. Anticoagulants are used for afib, DVTs, PEs, and CAD. His hands have senile purpura, and you don’t have to be on anticoagulants to have this

When he returned from hospital to white house, he went on a balcony or stairway at the white house and was visibly having trouble breathing. I'm guessing he was very ill and on a ventilator while getting the best treatment in the world.

Azlend @azlend.bsky.social

The Drs reported that they had to pressure him to go to the hospital when he did by telling him if he waited any longer he would not be able to do so under his own power and he would be transported on a gurney. That is what got him to acknowledge he was deeply ill.

Jane, long covid wiping him out would be poetic justice. Azlend, anti coagulants are not part of a treatment regime for CHF which is you body's inability to handle fluid excretion. So, basically, the excess fluid squished your heart till iT can't function. That may not be his Dx anyway.1/

Heart failure and also diabetes. One of my friends got Covid 4 times. No family hx of diabetes. They never had high A1C’s. Then she tested positive with a much higher than normal A1c. Endocrinologist said it was more than likely covid.

You can see there’s someone on his other side that looks like they’re helping him walk and the way his left hand is positioned Looks like someone who’s having difficulty walking. I recognize it from when my mother-in-law got older right before she died.

I agree and see the similarity. But it doesn't work anatomically. So I switched from assuming shoe and tried to figure out what else it could be. Simply not enough pixels in the pic to be sure. If someone can get their hands on the RAW pic we can do more with it to explore.
