Throw in the loan fee, & it’s around £40m. I think it’s a good deal for everyone, personally.

I think Fulham has a sell-on clause, so smaller fee is better especially if we can supplement either through add ons and loan fee. Also helps PSR payment is next year, especially with contract renewals in the horizon. In short potentially a reasonable deal.
