If their goal was to "find waste" they would have brought on seasoned accountants, not 19 y.o. coders (and, there'd be no need to pause anything while accounting work is done).

Let's face it. These guys are not even coders. The youngest created (at 16 years of age) website to trade p0rn, full of racial slurs. These "coders" don't know basics, they left a database open and vulnerable on their .gov "waste" website, gave all visitors write access - they are BS!
