They do not, in Girona (Catalonia) almost half of the population, are expats of English speaking who complain like creatures because they do not feel integrated because they do not speak them in English... To learn Catalan and Spanish

Expats? We shouldn't call them expatriates, when they are indistinguishable from any other migrant. The term "expat" is riddled with racism.
