I don't just want this problem fixed. I want to be able to sleep at night knowing it will never happen again, or at the very least won't happen during my children's lifetimes. I want the comfort of knowing the next generations know how to prevent history from repeating itself again.
You are spot on. Education plays a huge role. Educated people are less likely to be manipulated and fooled. We also need to find a way to prevent the media from being the giant propaganda machine it is in the mean time, too.

Joe Walsh knows how it got this way and the Republicans at the Bulwark and Lincoln Project know how it got this way but they won't say. Something is really evil and rotten in that party for them, who relentlessly attacked Obama, Bill and Hillary, to now be against the GOP.
