I think evidence is showing that when this administration overreaches, it works against them. I think pushing Trump into a corner where he lashes out emotionally will hurt him more than help him. From the literal Art of War: "If your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to irritate him."

Scoring political points? What a bad-faith read. I get that tone-policing makes you feel like your empty argument is superior, but we're fighting to see this administration stripped of power and discredited so thoroughly that this kind of authoritarian garbage doesn't come back for decades.
