I presume it's because none of those areas have a government that also claims to be the only legitimate government for China, which is the case for Taiwan. And also the fact that their claims are complete bullshit.

Yes, but Beijing also won’t have diplomatic ties with any country that just says Taiwan isn’t China, as opposed to Taiwan is the real China.
