I don’t really have a recipe, but it’s only merkts sharp cheddar and lightly chopped kimchi! Normally Napa cabbage & what ever other kind(s) I have on hand

Any recommendations for type of fries?

I just buy what’s on sale, typically fast food sized, but I’m sure any would be fine. Also to avoid staining a cutting board, I’ll kitchen shear kimchi in a bowl & just mix in some cheese no need to heat
