It's so stupid. WHY WOULD THEY PUT HIS NAME IN THERE AND NOT USE IT? Why fake evidence just to not release it? There are tons of reasons they might not have released factual files, from complicity to weakness to legal issues, but there's literally no reason to fake evidence and then hide it.
