That’s a brand new section of cycleway, they’ve been doing night works over the last week to update the traffic lights. Just a few tweaks to come before they can open it up later this month.

Yep but people are going to use it. As it’s safer than being on the road. They should have fenced it off if they didn’t want anyone to use it until it’s finished.
