So I lined it with softer fabric, and bound it with ribbon binding to prevent any stray tickles

But to cement my aunty of the year standings I added a secret pocket AND went on to use the leftover fabric to make a drawstring bag to store/carry it in

That’s more sewing than this aunty has done in eons! But I’m glad to see my dad’s blanket getting a second life rather than hiding away in the back of my linen cupboard. Now the question is…what should I do with mine???
