Same. And I've been in a somewhat analogous situation. I once blew the whistle on some next level criminal shit & got targeted/threatened to the point where I created an email trail with friends & family (and a govt investigator) explaining that if anything happened to me who was responsible.

I only know of one other case of a friend or family member flagging a similar situation where they wouldn't harm themselves and wanted to ensure that the right people are held responsible. To me Virginia's pre-death heads up carries a lot of weight.

I don't know, it was from her own Instagram account concerning an accident with a bus.. According to Virginia herself, the doctors couldn't do anything, her kidneys and something else was shutting down she wouldn't have lived regardless!

I would not blame her no. But that’s not the point if she was murdered or influenced to do it. I don’t think the notion it “helped” other survivors to speak out (and plenty did prior to this, watch the documentaries) is necessarily true or relevant.

Either might be true. We will never know. I did some research into sexually trafficked victims and found that 23% on average commit suicide, so it’s prevalent. But I think it honors her more to focus on her bravery in encouraging others to speak out than to focus on her death, personally.
