Any bones from any source! Store-bought rotisserie chickens are a godsend. And the gelatin at the bottom of the container is gold.

Oh god, yeah, that jelly stuff is GOLD for stock. Right now we've got delicious cornfed free range local chickens cut in half in the freezer and I will be making lots of stock out of those as they get defrosted and turned into food.
