I hope Darby's body isn't as broken as Foley's is when he gets to be his age. Darby might be feeling okay now, but he'll be feeling it in 10 years. I love his "throw caution to the wind" style, but it could very well kill him. I hope he stays smart about what he does in the ring and stays healthy.

100% agreed, but I think he's in a better position than Foley was mainly due to people actually paying attention to spots now a days. Before there wasn't as much scrutiny for bad/ dangerous spots.

High spots weren't as common back in the day in American wrestling, but when they were done, the person falling probably wasn't gonna be caught by the other wrestler(s). One too many bumps on concrete will mess you up. Now, these spots are usually done with care and preparation.
