ESPECIALLY FOR NOX because his "canon" ship is DEFINITELY full of problematic flags but I still maintain they're weirdly adorable together. (especially the way she keeps warning him she will 100% kill him of he becomes A Problem)

But they definitely check the mentor/student box, with the added complication that he kinda sorta killed both of her previous mentors. In front of her. (they did start it, but that's still just a wee bit bad)
