The Stone Arch Bridge is one of the most iconic representations of Minnesota’s cultural and industrial history. After a year and a half of maintenance, I’m proud of MnDOT for fixing it safely, under budget, ahead of schedule. It’s now officially ready for Minnesota summer!
This begs the question: is redlining still prevalent in Minnesota? And it’s concerning that a governor who doesn’t seem to care about the well-being of non-white residents is in charge.
I think taxes should have been applied to poor neighborhoods. It’s truly disheartening that North Minneapolis receives the brunt of the consequences, while some iconic bridge receives the attention.
If you were our President, you could work out many aspects ahead of schedule... and budget...
