Gotta love stock sound effects being used in one piece of media appearing in others. XD BTW, you might not notice it right away, but look out for "The Riker Maneuver" as the series goes on. There's a RL reason he does it, but it's kind of hilarious to see him just not sit in chairs normally.
I’m still on season one, what’s funny is I know about how he does that but when I saw him sit in a few chairs he didn’t do it. So it must be something he figured out later
It's something that will begin to happen later in the series. The actor had gone through spine surgery and had to keep his back straight, so at one point in the series (and pretty much from that point forward), he'd step over the chair to sit in it, creating what's known as "The Riker Maneuver"
