The one thing to note here is that this isn't just Paypal doing this due to "the big, bad NSFW creator" or censorship... It's that Paypal does this pretty commonly. Do. NOT. Keep. Money. On. Paypal. They have the ability to just close the account and pocket the money. Don't give them the chance!
The problem is, sometimes this sort of thing happens when you have a sudden big influx of money coming in. Like one group I volunteered with lost about $5k that came in from an event. They weren't planning on keeping the money in the account, just transfer it out as soon as the 48 hour sale ended.
