What problem do you have with virgin? I've been with them for years and it's been down maybe twice in 15 years. Admittedly I was furious both times it went down.

Virgin is technically good. Fast, reliable, but their customer service is DIRE. I've repeatedly tried to drop my unused landline, but they pitch the level of inconvenience dealing with them (hours & days of online chat going nowhere) at precisely the point where I give up and keep the bloody thing.

Was with them for years and mostly reliable service but if anything at all goes wrong, they’re hopeless. My penultimate call was to a guy who screamed at me that a new law made it illegal to leave Virgin. Final call was to a weary guy who asked what would make me stay. Now with Zen, who are ace.
