This is your Labor Day reminder that our tax code taxes investment income at a lower rate than income from actual work. The only reason to do that is to make the rich richer.

Nonsense, investors risk their post-tax $$ by investing. Their realized returns are taxed at a lower rate as an enticement for investors to continue to invest.
